Mt. Hope Banquet

Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community had what would begin to be an annual fall banquet in October 2022. The banquet is a fundraiser for the retirement home, with attendees sponsoring a table and entering basket raffles. Additional donations could also be made prior to and during the event. To promote the banquet, Colortech was asked to design, print, and mail a postcard to local residents. These contained event details, how attendees could RSVP, and more.

For the banquet itself, we printed rack cards to be placed at each table setting. These rack cards listed a schedule of events, a list of speakers, and a list of sponsors who contributed to the fundraiser.
