Tools + Resources
Here’s a handy checklist to help you rest easy so that your job will run smoothly.
- Did you package your file to include the correct file formats? (PDF, Ai, Id)
- Do you have a print-ready PDF including bleed?
- Does your packaged file include fonts?
- Are all your colors in 4-color or PMS colors? Do you have all of your black-and-white images in greyscale?
- Are all your images the best they can be? 300 dpi or higher (we will print lower-res files, but the quality will be diminished)
If you meet all these requirements, then you’re ready to send us your file!

Timelines
We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds without missing deadlines. Each job has a custom timeline but below is an overview of our general timelines to help you gauge your project due dates. If your project has a specific due date, please let us know ahead of time or we will gauge your project on the timelines below. (All days below are working days. We run 1-2 shifts, Monday-Friday)
- Design: 2+ Days. Depends on complexity and schedules
- Digital Printing: 3-7 Days. Includes small runs, under 13x19 sheets flat, very small mailings
- Offset Printing: 7-10 Days
- Bulk Mailing: 7-10 Days + Postal Days, which we can't control. Our mailing dept. can assist on the best days to mail to hit your target dates.
- Promotional Items: 10-14 Days
- Specialty Papers: Please allow an additional 3-5 days if your job requires specialty paper to be imported.
- Photography / Video: Please schedule 2 weeks out. Turnaround is usually 5-7 business days for photos and video on a per-project basis.
- Fulfillment: Pick and ship dates vary depending on dates established at the time of fulfillment setup. Typically, we pick orders 2-3x per week on average.
Shipping days are not included in the times above. The due date you give us will include shipping times so your project arrives on time.
