Lt. Lebo Memorial Foundation

The Lt. Lebo Memorial Foundation is dedicated to honoring the life of Lieutenant William D. Lebo, who lost his life in the line of action in early 2022. According to the foundation’s website, it serves several purposes for the community at large. It supports the growth of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and the City of Lebanon, always with positive intent. The foundation’s funds support Lebanon County First Responders and their children by providing annual scholarship opportunities for continuing education. This includes trade schools, vocational-technical opportunities, apprenticeships, and university. In addition, comprehensive leadership development programs are provided to the Law Enforcement Community. Within 10 years, the foundation’s goal is to have a nationally recognized Law Enforcement Leadership Development Academy.

To raise awareness to the community and to raise funds, the foundation held a New Year’s Eve Gala at the end of the 2022 year. Colortech assisted with the design and print of a gala booklet, 8′ backdrop featuring the night’s sponsors, and a thank you card to be given to the attendees.
