Brookside Custom Homes

Brookside Custom Homes has built thousands of custom homes for people since 1979. They frequently build with the best products and budget in mind. One of the first items they may show a new client is a plan book, and it was in need of updates. With that, they reached out to Colortech’s creative department to assist on a brochure template.

After completion, we handed the brochure over to Brookside Custom Homes to continue the design on their own. The intention of the plan book is to help guide users to the best custom built home for their needs. We cut down on repeat info and added icons for quick visuals. In addition, we reorganized the layout for better understanding of the content.
